A pure expression of organic blue agave, twice-distilled in the lowlands of Jalisco, resulting in an exceptionally smooth, crystal-clear tequila
APPEARANCE: Bright, transparent, golden color with a coffee tone.
NOSE: Complex, at first glance notes of cooked agave, fruity, vanilla, cinnamon, orange blossom and oak. Light notes of cherry, apple, banana, orange, chocolate, clove and floral.
PALATE: Smooth and well-rounded, dominated by the intense flavor of cooked agave. Fruity, and sweet, spicy notes of honey, vanilla, cinnamon, orange blossom, and oak add depth. Intermediate hints of cherry, apple, banana, orange, caramel, chocolate, clove, jasmine, raw agave, anise, eucalyptus, and mint enhance the complexity. Delicate traces of melon, citrus, lime, roses, bay leaf, and oregano provide a fresh, elegant finish.
